CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE announced  that HCR 5  (title am) -UNIFORM  RULES                                                        
20(A), 37, AND  49(A)(4) was before the committee  and that a Senate                                                        
State Affairs committee substitute was adopted.                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved to calendar HCR 5(title  am).  There being                                                            
no objection, the motion carried.
